Refund POLICY

At PowerHer Fitness, we want you to have the best experience with our programs, products, and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products, Courses & Memberships

Since digital fitness programs, downloadable content, and membership access cannot be returned, all digital products and online program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This includes:

  • Workout plans

  • Online training programs

  • Digital downloads

  • Membership subscriptions

  • Any content delivered electronically

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital content, please contact us and we’ll help restore access.


2. Subscription / Membership Billing

If you subscribe to a recurring plan:

  • All subscription fees are billed in advance.

  • We do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.


3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances (rare cases such as duplicate payments), it will:

  • Be processed to the original payment method

  • Take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider


4. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Not liking the program

  • Failure to use the membership

  • Downloaded or accessed digital content

  • Subscription renewals that were not canceled on time
