At PowerHer Fitness, we want you to have the best experience with our programs, products, and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products, Courses & Memberships
Since digital fitness programs, downloadable content, and membership access cannot be returned, all digital products and online program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This includes:
Workout plans
Online training programs
Digital downloads
Membership subscriptions
Any content delivered electronically
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital content, please contact us and we’ll help restore access.
2. Subscription / Membership Billing
If you subscribe to a recurring plan:
All subscription fees are billed in advance.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.
3. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances (rare cases such as duplicate payments), it will:
Be processed to the original payment method
Take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Not liking the program
Failure to use the membership
Downloaded or accessed digital content
Subscription renewals that were not canceled on time
