In just the last 6 months, I’ve helped 60+ women transform not only their bodies, but their mindset through consistency, confidence, and sustainable habits.

Because when women feel strong in their bodies, they become unstoppable.

That’s how PowerHer Fitness was born a safe, supportive, judgment-free space where women can embrace fitness on their terms. A space that’s flexible, affordable, and designed for real life.

In early 2023, I was living a busy 9–5 life as a graphic designer and fashion content creator. Like many women, I felt tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. Work always came first and my health last. I decided to change that, not by chasing perfection, but by choosing consistency.
In March 2023, I joined the gym with no big expectations. I simply showed up every day. Within three months, my energy improved, my habits changed, and my confidence grew. That experience taught me that fitness is about showing up for yourself consistently.
In 2024, I started sharing my fitness journey online. Women from different backgrounds reached out to me, many struggling with time, confidence, gym anxiety, or knowing where to start. Their stories felt personal because I had lived them too.
To guide women safely, I became a certified fitness professional, holding certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Training Workshop by True Fitness, Cardio Training Workshop by Octane Fitness, ACE Approved Injury Prevention Workshop, and SPEFL Certified.
In June 2025, I started my first fitness session while still working full time as a graphic designer, content creator, and trainer. Within a month, I received overwhelming positive feedback. Women wanted more guidance, more structure, and more support. They began asking for home workout plans, gym workouts, travel workouts, period-friendly workouts, and basic diet guidance. I knew then that it was time to fully commit.
In 2026, PowerHer Fitness was born. A women focused fitness platform offering home workouts, gym training, travel friendly routines, live sessions, and simple guidance for fat loss, strength, toning, and overall wellness.
